Race Kit Collection & Guidelines

Expo Venue (T-shirt and Bib distribution):

12noon to 5pm on Saturday 16^th September (T-shirt and Bib distribution)
UKG, Ground Floor, Tower 4, Ground Floor, near elevators, Okaya Towers, B 5, Sector-62, Noida.
(12noon to 5pm) 5hrs is the expo duration.

# In case you are not able to collect your kit, you may authorize someone to collect your kit on your behalf. T-shirt won’t be given; in case you plan to collect your bib on race day morning.
Important- Those who have opted for the Kits to be delivered at home, will receive these by Thursday, by courier.

Race Day (17^th September) Venue:

Assembly starts at 5am

Parking: Only UKG employees will park their vehicles in Okaya Tower basement parking till 5:30am, after the parking will be outside, on the road. All other participants will be guided to outside parking areas. Sufficient parking space is available; parking attendants will guide you to park your vehicles. Car-pooling is still highly recommended.

Race Start Times (Flag off):

► Stage activities starts at 5:30AM
► Followed by Zumba Warm-up
► 10Km Run Flag off- 6:00AM
► 5Km Run & Walk Flag off - 6:15AM
► Breakfast starts at 7:00

Race Route:

► It’s a road run.
► 10Km- U-turn from 5Km Mark
► 5Km- U-turn from 2.5Km Mark

Participants will get finishers’ Medals as soon as they complete their run. Breakfast will be served hot and fresh.
Aid Stations: There are 3 water/energy stations on the route i.e. 1K & 2.4K & 4K, apart from one in the assembly area. Medical support is being provided by Jaypee Hospital.
Toilets Buses: These will be parked near the entry of Okaya Towers.
Baggage Counter: Deposit your baggage (no valuable item inside) at medal counter & Baggage counter

Rewards & Gifts:

No cash prizes. Overall, fastest 3 in male & female category of 10K & 5K will be felicitated on race day itself. Age Category podium finisher in 10K & 5K Runs will be felicitated in small prize distribution ceremony on a later date
5Km Walkathon is a non-competitive category.

Sustainability:

Dispose all the trash, disposable glasses and bottles in the dustbin. Or, pass it on to the volunteers. Help us keep the race route clean. As usual, our team of volunteers will clean the park after the event is over.
